Q~ Are we available for a viewing of the venue?
A~ Yes! We are flexible to suit your needs. Please contact us to arrange a date.
Q~ Do you offer decoration services?
A~ No. We do not offer any form of decoration services.
Q~ Do you provide accommodation?
A~ Camping is available on site which includes amenities. The closest Air BnB is about 1km away.
Q~ Do we need to hire a cold room and catering services?
A~ Yes. We do not have a cold room or kitchen facilities at our venue. Caterers and bar staff have shelter, power and water available to use.
Q~ Do I need to supply bathroom products?
A~ No. We will supply toilet rolls, hand wash and hand towels. Should you wish to offer your guests more, you will need to supply this.
Q~ Do you have showers and power for campers?
A~ There is one shower in each male and female toilets. We currently do not have powered or water to camping sites. Campers are advised to be self sustained.
Q~ Do you have drinking water?
A~ We run on bore water. You must offer your guests bottled water.
Q~ I have elderly and those with a disability attending, how are they catered for?
A~ We have an amenities block with ramped access and a baby change table. Our ceremony areas are on mildly sloped but hard ground. Our shed is fully concreted.
Q~ I don’t need all the chairs and tables. Do you take them away?
A~ Yes. Liaise with us on your reception and ceremony amounts and we will sort the rest. Wines barrels and bar stools are inclusive regardless.

Q~ Can I bring my animals to the property to be included in my celebrations?
A~ Yes. You can bring your animals provided full vaccinations will need to be up to date and proven prior to your hire date.
Rules and Responsibilities
All children must be strictly supervised and remain with parents or guardians at all times during functions. No liability will be taken.

The Hirer is responsible for any loss or damage inflicted on the venue or equipment during the period of hire.
Kaban Heights is careful when looking after its guests and their belongings however we cannot accept responsibility for the loss or damage to any property of guests during the duration of the stay.

Kaban Heights will not be liable for any failure or delay caused by an event such as fire, flood, cyclone, storm or power outage that occurs beyond the reasonable control of Kaban Heights by the Pines. We are not responsible for any additional costs incurred or for consequential loss of any nature.

We only allow natural confetti eg. rose petals and leaves. If artificial confetti is used, a cleaning fee will be charged.
Absolutely no fires are permitted at Kaban Heights by the Pines.

Kaban Heights by the Pines have a strict “return it how you found it” policy. Please ensure rubbish is stacked, cans and bottles are either removed or stacked and the area is tidy. We will charge a cleaning fee if we deem it unclean.
Time frame deadlines must be met within the package selected.​​
Whilst we have our cattle behind fences and yards, should you wish to interact with our livestock, we take no responsibility for damages.

We take no responsibility for personal injury on our property.
​​
Only the bridal party, designated MC and bands are allowed on the stage at our reception.

Guests, bride and bridal party are encouraged to wear block heels. We are an outside venue with uneven and soft ground.
